Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Smt. Rajni Singh and District Labor Officer Mr. PL Pichode were also present in the meeting.

At the meeting, the officers were told that the survey of workers coming back from outside in the district should be done with utmost care and there should be no error in the survey work. Separate the list of beneficiaries of Sambal Yojana in rural and urban areas and prepare the list of the remaining people and do the survey work. In the Kovid-19 epidemic, the indigenous residents of the state, who were working as laborers in other states, have returned to the district on or after March 1, 2020, to carry out a campaign for verification, registration and registration by June 3, 2020.

It was informed in the meeting that survey work of laborers will be done through mobile app developed by NIC by Secretary, Employment Assistant in village panchayats and ward in-charge in urban areas. The mobile app is available in Sambal portal and on Google Play Store. A "migrant labor management system" has been created for this work in Sambal portal, which can also be used. Migrant workers who are residents of the district, who do not have a composite ID, have to generate their ID on the overall portal as per the due process. Only after this, survey, verification and registration of these workers will be ensured by mentioning the overall ID on the portal.

It was informed in the meeting that it is mandatory to enter the overall ID and Aadhaar number on the portal. Survey, verification and registration will be done only for those workers who are eligible for registration in "Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana" or "Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board". Information in the prescribed survey form from eligible migrant workers is to be obtained and uploaded on the portal before 3 June 2020. Secretary of Gram Panchayat and ward in-charge in urban areas will ensure the assistance of the applicant in filling the survey form.
