On January 13, LinkedIn released a blog post entitled "Skills Businesses Want in 2020." In terms of software, originality and negotiating power have been emphasized since 2019. On the hardware side, blockchain skills are the most important. It is said that there is a shortage of specialized personnel for high demand.

Blockchain was out of range in the rankings in 2019. On the other hand, cloud computing skills, ranked as the most important skill in 2019, are ranked second, and artificial intelligence, which was second in the same year, is ranked fourth.

While LinkedIn's analysis focuses on the United States, blockchain shortages have been heard frequently throughout the country throughout 2019. When searching for "virtual currency" or "blockchain" on the company's recruiting information site, more than 100 recruiting jobs are found from domestic industries such as blockchain development companies, tech companies, and virtual currency exchanges.
